We demonstrate optical nonthermal excitation of exchange dominated spin waves of different orders in a magnetophotonic crystal. The magnetophotonic structure consists of a thin magnetic film and a Bragg stack of nonmagnetic layers to provide a proper nonuniform interference pattern of the inverse Faraday effect induced by light in the magnetic layer. We found a phenomenon of the pronounced phase slippage of the inverse Faraday effect distribution when the pump wavelength is within the photonic band gap of the structure.

The specific character of emergency surgical care requires a concentration of highly skilled specialists of various profiles on the basis of multi-type hospitals and using expensive modern, highly informative and less invasive methods of diagnosis and treatment. The using of multi-type hospitals for emergency medical care will allow the intensification of treatment, wide application of less invasive technologies that will result in the appearance of incentives and conditions to shorten the number of bed-days, restriction of groundless hospitalization and to improve the tariff politics in the system of compulsory medical insurance.

An investigation of immune status of patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis prior to operation and in the postoperative period has proved the development of a pronounced secondary immune deficiency involving T and B-systems of the immune control as well as factors of nonspecific resistance. These changes may be considered as risk factors of the development of infectious complications in the postoperative period. Prophylactics of the secondary immune deficiency by administration of Contrical is indicated which permitted the amount of postoperative complications and the period of stay at the hospital to be decreased.

The use of the bias strategy of the statistical conclusion allows to substantially improve differential diagnostics of acute appendicitis and appendicular colic at the expense of complex account of clinical manifestations as a sum of their diagnostic coefficients. The algorithm of the assessment of the clinical manifestations is characterized by high sensitivity and specificity which allows to avoid missing the diagnosis of acute appendicitis where it takes place and to minimize (not more than 4%) hyperdiagnostics of appendicitis in appendicular colic.
