In this paper the authors hypothesize that the intensity of subjective experience of vocal fatigue (VF) potentially reflects primary (hyper) functional vocal disorders (primary muscle tension dysphonia - MTD) differently than structural vocal disorders of functional etiology (MTD type 2a).
