Objectives: To estimate the SARS-CoV-2 IgG seroprevalence rate in healthcare workers (HCWs) from Western France after the first 2020 wave, its determinants and the kinetics of total SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.
Patients And Methods: Overall, 9,453 HCWs responded to a self-questionnaire and underwent a lateral flow immunoassay to assess SARS-CoV-2 IgG presence. For 72 HCWs who tested positive, total anti-nucleocapsid antibodies were assessed at day 0, 30, and 90.
Background: Health care workers (HCWs) are on the front line for COVID-19. Better knowledge of risk factors for SARS-CoV-2 infection is crucial for their protection. We aimed to identify these risk factors with a focus on care activities.

Introduction: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common but under-diagnosed pathology in primary care. The objective was to study the feasibility of a randomized controlled trial in general practice to detect new cases of COPD at an earlier stage.
Methods: A cluster randomized, controlled, multicenter intervention study comparing, according to a 2×2 factorial plan, two case finding strategies: a systematic GOLD-HAS hetero-questionnaire and coordination of the patient's path to facilitate access to spirometry.
Treatment of myeloma is a long-term treatment mainly based on all-oral combinations of drugs. Because oral drugs have a more complex pharmacokinetics compared with IV treatments, an appropriate knowledge of the factors that may alter their systemic exposure is of particular clinical relevance. Both drug-drug interactions, food-effect, and dose-adaptation in renal and hepatic impairment may influence the systemic drug levels with a potential impact on drug efficacy or safety.
