[Teacher development and post-graduate studies in health: an experience at the Federal University of São Paulo].

The aim of this study was to analyze the views and conceptions shared by the graduate students who attended the Pedagogy and Didactics in Health Sciences Course, offered by the Graduate Programs at the UNIFESP. The methodological approach consisted of bibliographic research on the higher education teaching; documental analysis involving the national legislation for higher education, teaching and graduate studies and documents related to this Course. Graduate students from 1998 and 2003 were mapped in order to build the samples of those (112 egresses) that were involved in teaching activities.
