Arteriovenous malformation of the maxillary sinus and mandible: a case report.

Vascular tumors are rarely encountered in the paranasal sinuses. When they do arise there, they can be life-threatening because of the risk of bleeding. Embolization alone and in combination with surgical resection has been the mainstay of treatment.
