Epiglottic cysts are benign lesions of the larynx that are relatively rare beyond infancy age. A 17-year-old adolescent male patient presented to the outpatient specialized oropharyngeal clinic with inspiratory stridor, chronic sore throat, and progressive dyspnea symptoms over the past eight months. Examination by a headlight and a tongue depressor showed a large cystic lesion arising from the hypopharynx.
