[The health risk management in the employees of industrial enterprises of the middle urals].

The organizational forms for the management of the health conditions in the employees engaged at industrial enterprises are discussed. Stage-by-stage variants of the early diagnostics of occupational pathologies and rehabilitation technologies designed for the high-risk groups are described in conjunction with the approaches to the short-term stimulation of adaptogenesis.

Diagnostics criteria for work-related adaptation disorders in respect of cardiovascular system factors have been developed; the stages of disadaptation have been characterized through the example of vibration exposed miners working under the conditions of cool microclimate.

[Quality of life in cryolite production workers depending on length of service].

Federal budgetary establishment of a science "the Ekaterinburg medical centre of science of preventive maintenance and health protection of workers industrial plants". Findings are that adaptation level and life quality parameters progressively decrease with longer length of service. The most unfavorable parameters are seen in cryolite production workers with length of service over 20 years and in age group of 45-55 years.

[Heath status and level of adaptation in workers of the aluminium industry and technologies of the restorative medicine].

The results of the research of states of adaptation and health in workers of the aluminum industry are provided. Functional connection of the level of adaptability in respect of the parameter of adaptation (AP) with the length of employment has been revealed. The technologies of rehabilitative treatment under the conditions of the chronic fluoric intoxication have been presented.

[Clinical and pathogenetic aspects of the chronic occupational intoxication with fluorine compounds in modern reality].

Multi-year follow-up of 358 workers of aluminum pot rooms, including 165 individuals suffering from fluorosis, has shown significant changes in the clinical picture of the chronic occupational fluorine intoxication, developed under modern conditions of production, at lower concentrations of fluorine compounds in the air of working area. In this connection, the pathology of the musculoskeletal system plays the dominating role in this clinical picture and has the large variability of combinations of the individual sections destructions of the bone tissue. The main criterion to establish the phase of the disease is still the number and severity of the signs of this destruction.

[Health and life quality of workers in industrial Urals region].

The authors present data on occupational morbidity among workers of Urals area, life quality of the workers in some economic branches, on work process role in chronoalgorithm of body systems functioning. Suggestions cover a variant of program aimed to preventive therapy and preservation of healthy lifestyle.

[Processes of adaptogenesis and heart remodelling in workers of electrolysis workshops in aluminum plants].

Workers in electrolysis workshops of aluminium plants demonstrate changes in intracardial hemodynamics and left ventricle diastolic function, heart remodelling to concentric and excentric hypertrophy, more in individuals with chronic occupational fluorine intoxication.

[Chronopathology and chronotherapy of chronic pancreatitis].

Circadian rhythms of cardiovascular system vegetative provision, indices of rheohepatography and pancreas exocrine function of 417 patients with chronic pancreatitis were studied. Signs of desynchronosis were registered in more than one third of the cases. Presence of vibration disease leads to escalation of negative processes of desynchronosis.

[Medical technologies for prophylaxis and health preservation for workers, within realization of national projects].

The authors present principles underlying development of technologies for prevention and rehabilitation of occupational diseases. Those technologies prevent occupational diseases in workers exposed to occupational hazards, reduce hospital stays, disablement duration and increase remission.

[Low-mineral water and sapropel in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis in children in conditions of polluted environment].

The comparison of the course of chronic cholecystitis in children living in healthy and polluted regions of the Chelyabinsk Territory has demonstrated that industrial enronmental pollution deteriorates the course of chronic cholecystitis. Drinking of low-mineral water and sapropel application on hepatic area improved clinical parameters in the examinees.

[Prevention therapy of occupationally conditioned maladaptions in workers].

Medical examinations of workers with long length of service and subsequent biorhythmologic research revealed increased disorders in structure of temporal coordination of physiologic functions. Efficiency of suggested variants of correction therapy is supported by long working experience of sanatoriums and preventoriums.

[Comparative clinical-economic analysis of antibiotic therapy in pyogenic inflammatory diseases of the lower extremities].

A randomized comparative investigation was carried out in two equal groups of patients with pyo-inflammatory diseases of lower extremities (the total number 50 patients) in order to study effectiveness and tolerance to Netilmycin (1st group) and Gentamycin (2nd group) given in combination with Cefasolin. Clinical symptoms were estimated immediately after operation, in 3, 6 and 10-12 days after it. Bacteriological investigations were fulfilled immediately after operation, in 72 h and in 6-10 days after the beginning of antibacterial therapy.
