Twenty-six patients received multimodality therapy including local UHF-hyperthermia and gamma-beam therapy; 21 patients receiving radiotherapy only were entered in the control group. Hyperthermia was induced by the electromagnetic field with the frequency of 2450 and 915 MHz.
