Results: Patients with high CCR5, CCR7, CXCR4, and CXCR5 expression on tumors and high CXCR4 expression on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) were less likely to have a pathological complete response (pCR) or Class 0-I RCB-Index compared to others.

Methodology: To describe the evolution of sTIL and some peripheral inflammation markers (Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, Platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and Lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio) after NACT in IBC, we retrospectively collected clinicopathological variables for 125 stage III IBC patients. sTILs were scored by three different researchers on an H&E slide of the mastectomy specimen.
Background: Studies on PD-L1 expression in breast cancer have gained importance in recent years, especially in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Our aim was to analyze the differential expression of PD-L1 to explore its correlation with response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) and patient survival.

Objective: The aim of this retrospective case-control study was to analyze the effect of administering indomethacin after triggering final oocyte maturation in patients with poor ovarian response (POR) on the cycle cancellation rate due to premature ovulation (PO), the number of oocytes retrieved and the clinical outcomes of IVF cycles.
Study Design: A total of 214 patients with POR, diagnosed according to the Bologna criteria, who underwent fresh IVF cycle via flexible gonadotrophin-releasing hormone antagonist (GnRH-ant) protocol were enrolled in the study. The control group consisted of 100 patients, whereas the indomethacin group included 114 patients who received 100 mg rectal indomethacin administered twice within the same day (twelve hours apart) -starting at twelve hours after triggering.
Background: The expression of immune checkpoint receptors (ICRs) on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) is associated with better response to immunotherapies via immune checkpoint inhibitors. Therefore, we investigated various ICR expressions on TILs in patients with locally advanced triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC).
Methods: Expressions of ICRs were examined immunohistochemically in surgical specimens (n = 61) using monoclonal antibodies for PDL-1, PD-1, TIM-3, LAG-3, and CTLA-4.

Background: Although hormone receptor positive/HER2-negative (HR +/HER2-) breast cancer is the most diagnosed breast cancer type, the immunologic aspects HR positive breast cancer (BC) has been neglected until recently. The purpose of this paper is to review the current knowledge of the immune environment in HR positive BC and the potential use of immunotherapy in these patients.

Methods: A total of 317 women with irregular menses or anovulatory cycle undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) non-donor cycles without GnRHa suppression were involved in a prospective randomized clinical trial between May 2017 and October 2017.
