Successful orthodontic treatment of adult cases depends on the biological, mechanical, and esthetic requirements of patients. While customized lingual appliance systems meet the esthetic expectations of the patients, they provide improved patient comfort, have three-dimensional mechanical control, and can be used for the treatment of all types of malocclusions.
