Methods And Results: We retrospectively registered patients clinically diagnosed with myocarditis after the first or second mCV who underwent endomyocardial biopsy or autopsy from 42 participating centers in Japan. Pulmonary capillary hemangiomatosis is a rare form of pulmonary artery hypertension; to date, only few descriptions of myocardial pathology in pulmonary capillary hemangiomatosis have been reported in the literature. We report the case of a Japanese female patient who was diagnosed with pulmonary capillary hemangiomatosis combined with acute myocardial inflammation on performing autopsy. She was admitted to our hospital because of acute pneumonia and subsequently suddenly developed severe hypoxemia with breathing difficulty and died 13 days after admission.

The mechanisms of the diuretic effect of sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor and its predictors in heart failure (HF) patients with coexisting type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) remain under investigation.
