Background And Objective: To evaluate subfoveal choroidal thickness (SFCT) in diabetic macular edema (DME) and its relationships.

Patients And Methods: One hundred and six eyes were included in this prospective, nonrandomized case control study. They were divided into 37 cases of healthy, normal subjects and 69 cases of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) with DME.
