The present study aimed to examine the predictability of pre-treatment serum levels of interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α for determining the outcome of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) assigned for chemoradiotherapy.
