Citral (Citl), chitosan (Chsn), and zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles may accelerate the wound healing process in terms of their antibacterial properties. This new study aimed to investigate the effects of ointments produced from ZnO/Chsn/Citl nanoparticles (NPs) to treat the infected wounds.
