Objective: To assess a three-dimensional (3-D)-printed laryngeal clamp (LC) designed to enhance the anchoring of laryngeal prostheses at the cricoid cartilage.

Study Design: Ex vivo biomechanical study.

Sample Population: A total of 22 equine larynges.
