The effect of the aqueous extract of (AAI) on gentamicin (GEN)-induced kidney injury was investigated. Aim: To determine the effects of polyphenol-rich extract of the leaves of Vernonia amygdalina (PEVA) in rats with Cd-induced nephropathy.
