The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy of selected food disinfectants on planktonic populations of and and on the same microorganisms (MOs) incorporated in a biofilm. Two disinfectants were used for treatment: peracetic acid-based disinfectant (P) and benzalkonium chloride-based disinfectant (D).
