We propose learnable 3D pooling (L3P), a CNN module designed to compress 3D information into 2D feature maps using anisotropic convolutions and unidirectional max pooling. Specifically, we used L3P followed by a 2D network to generate predictions from 3D brain CT-Angiography (CTA) in the context of large vessel occlusion (LVO). A growing number of novel antipseudomonal β-lactams have been introduced in recent years, but the emergence of resistance is still a major concern in the treatment of infections. Here, we compared the mutant prevention concentrations (MPCs) and the nature of first-step resistant mutants to classical and novel β-lactams in . The analysis of thermally activated delayed fluorescence emitters traditionally neglects the temperature dependence of the non-radiative singlet and triplet decay rates, which, for systems with quantum yields significantly departing from unity, unavoidably leads to inaccurate determination of the relevant photophysical parameters. Here we address this issue by performing a detailed photophysical study in three solid-state Cu complexes with the general formula [Cu(dmp)(PPh)X] (X = Cl, Br, I). Decomposition of the measured temperature-dependent lifetimes τ(T) into their radiative and non-radiative contributions demonstrates a significant temperature dependence of the non-radiative rates, which leads to large deviations of the singlet-triplet gaps ΔE from those determined in the traditional way.
