Background: The 2002 Charter of Citizen Rights and Duties regarding Health and Healthcare establishes the Rights of health service users in Catalonia. There is limited information on the knowledge and perception of the Rights Charter and its observance among hospital professionals.
Objectives: The current study tries to portray both the level of knowledge and perception of complying with these Rights among hospital workers.
