Objective: The aim is a theoretical and methodological substantiation of revealing the possibility of interfering in the autonomy of a person during posthumous reproduction and establishing the existing protection of the rights and interests of postmortem children.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The legislation of the European Union, the USA, Great Britain, New Zealand, Spain, Germany, Ukraine, the statistical data published by the internationalorganizations are analyzed. In the course of the research a systemic, axiological approach and methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization were used.
