Objective: Introduction: Thrombophiliа is a predisposition to arterial or venous thrombotic complications as a result of congenital or acquired hemostatic system defects. Thrombophilia increases risk of fatal complications, disability of patients. The assessment of the risk of thrombotic complications makes it possible to prescribe adequate primary or secondary prophylaxis.
