[Auditory brainstem response (ABR) during stapes mobilization under general anaesthesia in children].

The Authors executed checking a result of stapes mobilization under anesthesia in children, sick otosclerosis. The Study ABR was conducted before operations, after opening the drum cavity, making the hole in plate of stapes, installing the prosthetic device and at the end of operation. The reduction level of latency V wave and interval III-V and I-V waves are a reliable acknowledgement of the improvement of the hearing at the end of operation.

[Use of allogenic cartilage in reconstruction of the middle ear in patients with chronic otitis media].

We have analysed results treatment of 253 patients with chronic otitis media. Our tactic includes operation with application one-momental sanation and reconstruction of a middle ear. Sanational stage was performed in volume atticoantrotomia or radical operation.

[Remote results of laryngeal cancer treatment T1-2N0M0].

We have analyzed results of special treatment 187 patients with cancer of a larynx T1-2N0M0. The patients were parted into four clinical groups. 45 patients of the first group have received combined treatment, including a partial resection of the larynx and preoperative radial therapy in a general dose up to 40 Gr.
