A novel spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for determination of antazoline (ANT) and tetryzoline (TET) in their pharmaceutical formulation. A green developed spectrofluorimetric method has been applied for Antazoline (ANT) and Xylometazoline (XLO) determination in both pharmaceutical formulation and pure form. The developed method is synchronous spectrofluorimetry coupled with the second derivative mathematical tool for the determination of antazoline and xylometazoline in their dosage form. This work implements a stability indicating HPLC method developed to simultaneously determine xylometazoline (XYLO) and antazoline (ANT) in their binary mixture, rabbit aqueous humor and cited drug's degradates by applying analytical quality-by-design (AQbD) combined with green analytical chemistry (GAC) experiment for the first time. This integration was designed to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impacts, as well as energy and solvent consumption. Despite the fact that the "Reading the Mind in the Eyes" Test (RMET) is now available in more than 20 languages, there are only very few cross-cultural researchers using this test, and these researchers generally focus on North American versus East Asian cultures. Considering that the RMET stimuli were selected and constructed in the United Kingdom, this research explored cross-cultural differences in intercultural mindreading with a large sample of adolescents from Palestine (PAL), Italy (ITA), and Germany (GER). In addition to significant main effects of age (younger < older) and gender (male < female), we found a significant main effect of country (PAL < ITA < GER) and a significant interaction between gender and country.

We examined the potential value of the natural killer (NK) cell line; NK-92, as immunotherapy tool for breast cancer (BC) treatment and searched for biomarker(s) of sensitivity to NK-92-mediated cytotoxicity. The cytotoxic activity of NK-92 cells towards one breast precancerous and nine BC cell lines was analyzed using calcein-AM and degranulation assays. The molecules associated with NK-92-responsiveness were determined by differential gene expression analysis using RNA-sequencing and validated by RT-PCR, immunostaining and flow cytometry.
