Background: Natural compounds rich in secondary metabolites have gained attention as alternative therapies for wound healing due to their potential advantages over conventional treatments. Pleurotus ostreatus mushrooms have been identified for their wound-healing properties, including promoting neovascularization, epithelialization, and collagen synthesis.

Material And Methods: This study aimed to investigate the wound-healing properties of different doses of topical Extract of Pleurotus ostreatus in albino mice using an excisional wound model.
