Efficient management of sewer blockages requires increased preventive maintenance planning. Conventional approaches to the management of blockages in sewer pipe networks constitute largely unplanned maintenance stemming from a lack of adequate information and diagnosis of blockage causative mechanisms. This study mainly investigated a spatial statistical approach to determine the influence of explanatory factors on increased blockage propensity in sewers based on spatial heterogeneity.

Methods: A newly constructed bunker showed visible honeycombing after the removal of the construction formwork. Impact-echo testing, which is based on the propagation and reflection of elastic waves in solids, was applied to confirm the bunker shielding integrity.

A total of 6,395 patients comprising of 4,040 males and 2,355 females including adults and children were tested for HBsAg from January 2004 to December 2006.
