Characterizations of Bone-Like Apatite Powder Fabricated Using Modified Simulated Body Fluid.

The objective of this study is to fabricate bone-like apatite (BLAp) powder using the modified simulated body fluid (SBF). The SBF2X and SBF4X groups were prepared by increasing the concentration of inorganic ions by two and four times, respectively, to that of the standard SBF. The mSBF4X group was prepared by particularly increasing the concentrations of calcium and phosphate ions in SBF.
