Temporalis muscle flap is one of the most commonly used flaps in orbital reconstruction. Although multiple case series in the literature have reported elevation of the flap with an open incision and a retrograde approach from the periorbital region, to the best of the authors' knowledge, no studies have reported the use of an endoscopic method. Therefore, the authors' study presents endoscopy-assisted temporalis muscle reconstruction of a defect that occurred in the periorbital region following orbital exenteration.
