Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine associations between the prepregnancy maternal body mass index (BMI) across the 3 clinical presentations of preterm birth (PTB).
Study Design: We conducted a retrospective cohort study of the records of 11,726 women. The World Health Organization International Classification was used to categorize BMI.
Objective: The objective of this study was to compare the reduction in size of experimentally induced choroidal neovascularization (CNV) in rat eyes treated with bevacizumab, poly(ethylene-glycol) (PEG)-bevacizumab conjugate (b-PEG), and poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA)-encapsulated bevacizumab (b-PLGA).
Methods: Forty-eight eyes from 24 rats were divided into 4 groups of 12 eyes. In each group, 3 eyes were assigned to a treatment subgroup, each receiving a different injection-control, bevacizumab, b-PEG, and b-PLGA.
