Tartrazine, an azo dye prevalent in pharmaceuticals and food items, was investigated for its impact on fetal development, specifically examining visceral and skeletal abnormalities in rat offspring exposed to daily oral doses throughout pregnancy. Fourteen pregnant rats were randomly assigned to control and tartrazine groups (seven animals each), with tartrazine administered via oral gavage at 7.5 mg/kg throughout gestation.

Design: This study included 60 extracted permanent molar teeth, categorized into hypomineralized and healthy groups (n = 30 each). The hypomineralized group comprised molar teeth with limited white, yellow, or brown opacities, post-eruptive breakdown, or extensive restoration or crown damage.
Objectives: To evaluate the amount of apically extruded debris and to determine the remaining filling material on the root canal walls by microcomputed tomography (micro-CT), following the root canal retreatment of root canals filled with different obturation techniques (single cone technique, thermoplasticised injection technique) and the different root canal sealers [bioceramic-based, epoxy resin-based root canal sealer].
Materials And Methods: 60 single rooted human premolar teeth were prepared with the ProTaper Gold system (Dentsply Maillefer) up to the F4 file and the samples were divided into 4 groups according to obturation procedures: Single cone technique + AH Plus sealer(epoxy resin-based root canal sealer, Dentsply International Inc., York, PA, USA); Single cone technique + Sure-Seal Root(bioceramic-based root canal sealer, Sure Dent Corporation, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea); thermoplastic injection technique[Calamus Dual Obturation System(Dentsply-Tulsa Dental, Tulsa, OK, USA)] + AH Plus(Dentsply International Inc.
Objective: Pulmonary Thromboembolism (PTE) is one of the major cardiovascular diseases with high morbidity and mortality. Early diagnosis and accurate prognosis are essential in clinical management. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of serum Profilin-1(PFN1) in diagnosing and prognosis PTE.

IRR cavities were created in the middle third of the root canal, and CH was placed.

In the interleukin-33 (IL-33) /soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2 (sST2) signaling pathway, increased sST2 is a cardiovascular risk factor. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of biomarkers in the IL-33/sST2 signaling pathway in determining PTE diagnosis, clinical severity, and mortality.

Methods: Wistar rats (6-8 weeks old) were ovariectomized, and surgery began after 8 weeks. A 5-mm defect was created bilaterally in the parietal bones of 16 rats, which were divided into 4 groups.
Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the morphology of maxillary first premolar mesial root concavity and to analyse its relation to periodontal bone loss (BL) using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and panoramic radiographs.
Methods: The mesial root concavity of maxillary premolar teeth was analysed via CBCT. The sex and age of the patients, starting position and depth of the root concavity, apicocoronal length of the concavity on the crown or root starting from the cementoenamel junction (CEJ), total apicocoronal length of the concavity, amount of bone loss both in CBCT images and panoramic radiographs, location of the furcation, length of the buccal and palatinal roots, and buccopalatinal cervical root width were measured.

Objective: Primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCI) is the most effective reperfusion therapy in the treatment of ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Although the infarct-related artery of STEMI patients is effectively revascularized during pPCI, effective reperfusion in the myocardial tissue may not be achieved. This condition is called the no-reflow (NR) phenomenon.

One of the most significant characteristics of cancer is epithelial-mesenchymal transition and research on the relationship between phenolic compounds and anticancer medications and epithelial-mesenchymal transition is widespread. In order to investigate the potential effects of Taxifolin on enhancing the effectiveness of Epirubicin in treating breast cancer, specifically in 4T1 cells and an allograft BALB/c model, the effects of Taxifolin and Epirubicin, both individually and in combination, were examined. Cell viability assays and cytotoxicity assays in 4T1 cells were performed.

Methods: This retrospective study was conducted with patients who had polymerase chain reaction positive results for COVID-19. We calculated FLPRs from laboratory tests taken during emergency clinic admission.
Statement Of Problem: The adaptation of digitally produced crowns is affected by the design software program and manufacturing method. The effect of artificial intelligence (AI) software program design on the adaptation of the crowns is unclear and comparative evaluations should be documented.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the marginal and internal gaps, the absolute marginal discrepancies, and the 3-dimensional (3D) discrepancy volumes of the resin-based milled and 3D printed crowns for primary teeth designed with computer-aided design (CAD) and AI software programs by using microcomputed tomography (µCT).
Melatonin is a versatile indolamine synthesized and secreted by the pineal gland in response to the photoperiodic information received by the retinohypothalamic signaling pathway. Melatonin has many benefits, such as organizing circadian rhythms and acting as a powerful hormone. We aimed to show the antitumor effects of melatonin in both and models through the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway and the Argyrophilic Nucleolar Regulatory Region (AgNOR), using the Microcomputed Tomography (Micro CT).
