[Questionnaire of the Ryzhikh National Medical Research Centre for Coloproctology is a new tool for assessing chronic pelvic pain and pelvic organ dysfunction].

The article presents the work of a multidisciplinary team of experts from various fields of medicine to optimize the «Questionnaire for assessing chronic pelvic pain and pelvic organ dysfunction (QCPPD) of the Ryzhikh National Medical Research Centre for Coloproctology» for use in clinical practice. The survey of respondents was conducted from June 28 to September 28, 2021. As a result of this survey, by repeatedly making edits and clarifications during communication with respondents, the final version was obtained, which allows assessing the patient's subjective sensations by the nature and localization of pelvic pain, sensitivity disorders and pelvic organ function.

FEATURES OF ANTHROPOMETRIC PARAMETERS IN WOMEN OF DIFFERENT MORPHOTYPES WITH POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME.

The aim - to assess the body size of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome to study their somatotypes and component composition of body weight. To solve the goals and objectives, were prospectively examined 105 women aged 20 to 36 years of different morphotypes. These patients were interviewed according to a specially designed questionnaire and divided into groups: 50 women with multifollicular ovarian structure and 25 - women with polycystic ovary structure.

[Docosahexaenoic acid in the treatment of idiopathic male infertility].

Aim: docosahexaenoic acid is one of the most common fatty acids in the cell membranes of sperm. This substance is a structural component of cell membranes, and is responsible for such properties as plasticity and fluidity which are necessary for the implementation of the process of capacitation and acrosome reaction. In addition, docosahexaenoic acid has antioxidant properties.

[Transurethral electrosurgery of a new generation (TURis) in the treatment of the lower urinary tract and prostate diseases].

Surgical interventions were made in 175 patients aged 23-87 years (mean age 64.8 years) with different diseases of the lower urinary tract (adenoma, prostatic cancer, cancer of the urinary bladder, etc.) with application of a new generation of endoscopic technique--transurethral resection in saline (TURis system) with a generator UES-40 SurgMaster (Olympus).
