Objective: The aim: To assess the dental status of infants suffering from connective tissue dysplasia, with the analysis of some aspects of hydrocarbon and amino acid metabolism (blood, urine) and internal organs status.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 81 infants (aged 14 - 36 months) with multiple dental caries were examined. Among them 39 infants were suffered from connective tissue dysplasia.
