The transfer of large-area, continuous, chemical vapor deposition (CVD)-grown graphene without introducing defects remains a challenge for fabricating graphene-based electronics. Polymer thin films are commonly used as supports for transferring graphene, but they typically require thermal annealing before transfer. However, little work has been done to thoroughly investigate how thermal annealing affects the polymer/graphene thin film when directly annealed on the growth substrate.

This study focuses on semantic segmentation of lung nodules, using the UniToChest dataset. Our approach is based on the nnU-Net framework and is designed to configure a whole segmentation pipeline, thereby avoiding many complex design choices, such as data properties and architecture configuration.

This study aimed to evaluate the role and developmental pathway of atypical memory B cells (MBCs) in response to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. The results revealed a proinflammatory signature across B cell subsets associated with disease severity, as evidenced by the upregulation of genes such as GADD45B, MAP3K8, and NFKBIA in critical and severe individuals.

Metagenomic next generation sequencing (mNGS) has revolutionized such efforts, but remains challenging due to the lack of open-access bioinformatics tools capable of simultaneously analyzing both microbial and AMR gene sequences. To address this need, we developed the CZ ID AMR module, an open-access, cloud-based workflow designed to integrate detection of both microbes and AMR genes in mNGS and whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data.
