[Vitamin E and its synthetic analogs in experimental cardiovascular pathology].

Oxidative metabolism and the antioxidant system were studied in the myocardium of rats with various experimental impairments of heart tissue. Vitamin E and its synthetic derivatives proved to be effective in correction of the deteriorations observed.
