[Cytomorphological charasteristics of a novel mouse cell line G1].

Growth and morphological properties of a novel mouse cell line G1 have been investigated. It has been shown that cells of this cell line possess the ability of spontaneous transformation in vitro: the cells have unlimited growth in culture, grow in medium with a low serum content and form multilayer colonies on a cell monolayer and cell colonies inside agar. Using micronucleus test it has been revealed that cells of the G1 cell line possess different forms of aberrant mitosis.

[Clinical response to combined treatment with reaferon and iodantipirin in patients with chronic HCV- and HBV-infection].

The treatment was given to 100 patients with chronic virus hepatitis of moderate activity and chronicity stage I. Of them, 50 patients received reaferon (3 IU 3 times a week) in combination with antiviral and immunomodulating drug iodantipirin (100 mg/d) given on the days of reaferon injections for 6 months. [Lymphocyte subpopulation state of the human lung during prenatal development].

Distribution of surface lymphocyte markers was assessed in foetus lung by cytofluorimetry using monoclonal antibodies produced by "Ortho Diagnostic systems" and "Becton Dickinson". Seven lymphocyte subpopulations were detected in developing lungs even at the pseudoglandular stage (8-15 weeks).
