[Treatment of depression complicated by abuse and dependence on alcohol].

Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of different treatment regimens of depression complicated by abuse and dependence on alcohol and to identify the most effective tactics of treatment.

Material And Methods: One hundred patients with depression were studied. Examination of patients was conducted using clinical-psychopathological method, the MADRS (at admission, on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th week of treatment) and CGI scale (in the beginning of treatment and on 6th week).

[Clinical characteristics of depression in patients with episodic consumption of and dependence on alcohol].

Aim: To study clinical and psychopathological features of depression in patients with consumption of and dependence on alcohol.

Material And Methods: Eighty-nine depressed patients were examined. The first group included patients with depressive disorders complicated by alcoholism.

[Diagnosis and the technology for optimizing the medical support of a troop unit].

The work is devoted to investigation of the system of military unit medical support with the use of principles and states of organizational diagnosis; development of the method allowing to assess its functional activity; and determination of optimization trends. Basing on the conducted organizational diagnosis and expert inquiry the informative criteria were determined which characterize the stages of functioning of the military unit medical support system. To evaluate the success of military unit medical support the complex multi-criteria pattern was developed and algorithm of this process optimization was substantiated.
