[A portrait of a doctor with Parkinson's disease].

In a number of causes of Parkinson's disease (PD), occupation is periodically mentioned as a possible risk factor. However, a look at the complex impact of external factors on people of certain professions and the expansion of the area of risk factors in a rapidly changing world leads to the emergence of new studies. There is an assumption that the risk of developing PD is increased in doctors due to long-term exposure to stress.

[Criteria of syndrome frailty in Parkinson´s disease].

Objective: To evaluate syndrome frailty by the Fried phenotype in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).

Material And Methods: Seventy-three patients over 65 years of age with Hoehn and Yahr stage 2-4 PD were tested for the presence of subjective criteria of the Fried phenotype of syndrome frailty: fatigue, difficulty in performing habitual activities, weight loss and objective criteria: grip strength and walking speed. The relationships of the objective criteria of Fried with indicators of age, sex, sports history, prescription of PD, the number of medications, blood pressure and MDS UPDRS part III scores, the severity of depression on the Beck scale and cognitive disorders on the MOCA were evaluated.

Enhancement of Polyacrylate Antiscalant Activity during Gypsum Deposit Formation with the Pretreatment of Aqueous Solutions with Spruce Wood Shavings.

Considerable efforts are made worldwide to reduce inorganic scale in reverse osmosis plants, boilers and heat exchangers, evaporators, industrial water systems, geothermal power plants and oilfield applications. These include the development of new environmentally friendly antiscalants and the improvement of conventional ones. The present report is dedicated to the unconventional application of spruce wood shavings in combination with polyacrylate (PAA-F1) in a model case of gypsum scale formation.

[Rehabilitation's possibility of the patients with severe Parkinson's disease].

Objective: The application of the individual rehabilitating approach by hypokinesia and lack of physical activity in severe Parkinson's disease patient.

Material And Methods: In the study were 43 patients with Parkinson's disease (17 men and 26 women; at the age 68.39±7.
