We studied the biological effect of chronic exposure to multifrequency electromagnetic fields simulating the effects of 5G NR/IMT-2020 mobile communication systems. Male Wistar rats were exposed to 24-h radiation (250 μW/cm) for 4 months. The exploratory activity of the animals and blood concentrations of ACTH and corticosterone were evaluated at the end of each month of exposure and 1 month after exposure.

The hyper-sensitivity of delayed type is one of important manifestations of cellular immunity. The successful studying of this phenomenon can favor solution of actual issues of pathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of bacterial infections. The present review considers hyper-sensitivity of delayed type as an important area of cellular immunity under infectious pathology and macrophage-inhibiting factor as an important lymphocyte mediator: cytokine and hormone.

In Russian Federation, absent regulation document for criteria and methods evaluating screening properties of protective means against radio frequency electromagnetic fields necessitates development of general principles and methods for indivual protective means testing. Findings are that indivual protective means testing are expedient with consideration of measurements in free space and evaluation of absorbed electromagnetic energy in tissue-equivalent phantoms. Screening coefficient should be assessed in several zones corresponding to location of human vital organs.

Nowadays, essential objective of hygienic evaluation of electromagnetic energy absorption of mobile radio-frequency devices is specification of new approach with consideration of russian and international regulation principles. This approach enables to ealuate correctly users' actual exposure conditions and consider energy absorption by human in near-field zone of the irradiation source. The work is aimed to study applicability of hypothesis on possible relations between magnetic part of electromagnetic field and specific absorbed capacity.

Generalized results of 15-year prospective studies of frequency of occurrence and dynamics of circulation of pathogenetically significant LPS/O-antigens, high molecular weight proteins, including CagA, and VacA of Helicobacter pylori in biological media of organism in patients with gastrointestinal diseases and asymptomatic volunteers due to effects of external and internal factors are presented. Features of antigen circulation and reciprocal immune reaction of the organism are established, that reflect their interaction in the parasite-host tandem, risk and prognosis of possible complications in the process of long-term persistence of Helicobacter pylori in the organism.
