What is the reason for complex dynamical patterns registered from real biological neuronal networks? Noise and dynamical reconfiguring of a network (functional/dynamic connectome) were proposed as possible answers. In this case study, we report a complex dynamical pattern observed in a simple deterministic network of 25 excitatory neurons with fixed connectome. After a short initial stimulation, the network is engaged into a complex dynamics, which lasts for a long time.

Objective: The aim: The aim was to study the relationships of IRS-1 gene polymorphism with indicators of the structural and functional state of the heart and blood vessels in patients with arterial hypertension under conditions of different metabolic comorbidity and body weight.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We examined 340 patients with arterial hypertension with different body weight and different types of metabolic comorbidity and 30 healthy individuals aged 45-55. Anthropometric, Biochemical, Molecular genetic methods, Instrumental, Statistical methods were used.

Dynamics of a reverberating neural net is studied by means of computer simulation. The net, which is composed of 9 leaky integrate-and-fire (LIF) neurons arranged in a square lattice, is fully connected with interneuronal communication delay proportional to the corresponding distance. The network is initially stimulated with different stimuli and then goes freely.

Treatment of intestinal necrosis, caused by an acute mesenterial ischemia, represents the most complex field of surgery. Results of surgical treatment of 74 patients with various forms of mesenterial ischemia, complicated by intestinal infarction, were analyzed. Revascularization ought to be conducted if the ischemia may be eliminated.
