Urolithiasis is a prevalent condition in urology, with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) serving as a common treatment for kidney stones under 2 cm. The Mayo Adhesion Probability (MAP) score, calculated from perinephric fat characteristics, is traditionally used to assess surgical outcomes but has not been explored in the context of ESWL. Methods: Intensive internet research was performed to prepare a frequently asked question (FAQs) list. Scientific questions were created in accordance with the European Urology Association (EAU) Non-neurogenic Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms Guidelines, EAU Chronic Pelvis Pain Guidelines, and EAU Neuro-Urology Guidelines.

- The study investigates the effectiveness of various nephrolitometric scoring systems (NSSs) in assessing success and complications for patients undergoing supine mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (m-PNL).
- Out of the four NSSs analyzed (CROES, Guy's scoring system, S.T.O.N.E., and S-ReSC), only CROES, S.T.O.N.E., and S-ReSC showed significant correlations with the stone-free (SF) status after the procedure, while the Guy's scoring system did not.
- Despite these findings, none of the NSSs were able to predict complication rates in patients, indicating their limitations in that area.
Introduction: The triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index is an easily calculable indicator of endothelial dysfunction. We aimed to evaluate the effect of the TyG index on treatment response in patients using tadalafil for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).
