Aim: Study the levels of cytokines in cervical mucus of women with transitory and persistent course of papillomavirus infection (PVI).

The article deals with the results of study of levels of peripheral blood cytokines in 156 patients with cervical intra epithelial neoplasia stage I, II and III associated with human papilloma virus. The levels of cytokines didn't undergo significant alterations in patients with cervical intra epithelial neoplasia stage I. The progress of cervical intra epithelial neoplasia stage II was accompanied with increasing of levels of interferon (gamma), interleukin 10 and tumor necrosis factor (alpha).

Aim: To study the influence of Solcotichovac vaccine on formation of neutrophil extracellular traps.

Materials And Methods: Solcotrichovac vaccine administered in various doses was used in order to assess the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps in peripheral blood of women of childbearing age.

Results: Therapeutic dose of Solcotrichovac stimulated the most prominent formation of neutrophil extracellular traps.
