[Prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in young patients with abdominal obesity and hypertension].

The Aim: To estimate the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and the factors of cardiovascular risk in young patients with abdominal obesity and hypertension compared to persons with isolated forms of these diseases.

Materials And Methods: Studied 127 patients aged 18-44 years with presence of abdominal obesity and/or hypertension. The factors of cardiovascular risk were evaluated.

[Pathological features of coronary heart disease in patient of elderly and senile age depending on a blood flow condition in the abdominal aorta].

Aim: To perform the analysis of correlation of clinical symptoms and laboratory sings in patients of elderly and senile age with coronary heart disease depending on a blood flow condition in the pool of abdominal aorta.

Material And Methods: Longitudinal clinical research was conducted. The register was made by 132 patients of elderly and senile age with coronary heart disease being on treatment during the period since 2013-2014.

[Cytokine status of cervical mucus in women with transitory and persistent course of papillomavirus infection].

Aim: Study the levels of cytokines in cervical mucus of women with transitory and persistent course of papillomavirus infection (PVI).

Materials And Methods: Material from 122 women was studied: 32 patients in control group, 68 patients with transitory course of PVI and 52 women with persistent course of PVI. The presence or absence of high risk HPV DNA was confirmed by real time PCR.

[The prognostic significance of estimation of levels of peripheral blood cytokines in patients with cervical neoplasms].

The article deals with the results of study of levels of peripheral blood cytokines in 156 patients with cervical intra epithelial neoplasia stage I, II and III associated with human papilloma virus. The levels of cytokines didn't undergo significant alterations in patients with cervical intra epithelial neoplasia stage I. The progress of cervical intra epithelial neoplasia stage II was accompanied with increasing of levels of interferon (gamma), interleukin 10 and tumor necrosis factor (alpha).

[Influence of Solcotrichovac vaccine on formation of neutrophil extracellular traps].

Aim: To study the influence of Solcotichovac vaccine on formation of neutrophil extracellular traps.

Materials And Methods: Solcotrichovac vaccine administered in various doses was used in order to assess the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps in peripheral blood of women of childbearing age.

Results: Therapeutic dose of Solcotrichovac stimulated the most prominent formation of neutrophil extracellular traps.
