The purpose of the study is to optimize monitoring and personalize antihypertensive therapy in patients with severe ischemic cerebral stroke (ICS). We examined 37 patients with ICS, average age 74,1±1,3 years, who received treatment in intensive care wards of the stroke department with general neurology beds of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "City Hospital № 9" of the Zaporizhzhia City Council. There were 16 men (43,2%), average age 71,9±2,1 years; women - 21 (56,8%), average age 75,8±1.

Dysfunction of signaling cascades of insulin receptors under insulin deficiency can contribute to the development of cognitive disorders associated with impaired synaptic plasticity properties. Earlier we have shown that hypoinsulinemia causes a shift of short-term plasticity in glutamatergic hippocampal synapses from facilitation to depression and apparently involves mechanisms of glutamate release probability reduction.

Although certain virus genotypes are clearly associated with wild bird species, the role of those species in the movement of viruses and the migratory routes they follow is still unclear. In this study, we performed a phylogenetic analysis of nineteen NDV sequences that were identified among 21,924 samples collected from wild and synanthropic birds from different regions of Ukraine from 2006 to 2015 and compared them with isolates from other continents.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: To achieve an object of the research a complex of research methods was used, in particular, theoretical ones: analysis and synthesis of scientific andmethodic literature, methodic and normative documents ; synthesis and systematization of research data; synthesis of scientific theories, approaches and conceptions to define the conditions of education of physical therapy specialist to be; empirical methods: observation and questioning.
Conclusion: Conclusions: In process of the research were defined: step-by-step specific features of natural-science education process, functions , typical activity tasks and types of skills of physical therapy specialist to be which made it possible to define the criteria of the formation of natural-science competence and formulate their competence characteristics.
Changes in amplitudes of evoked inhibitory postsynaptic currents (eIPSCs) from rat cultured hippocampal neurons were studied using whole-cell patch-clamp technique in postsynaptic neuron and local extracellular electrical paired pulse stimulation of single presynaptic axon. Paired pulse depression (PPD) and paired pulse facilitation (PPF) were observed in studied 43 neurons. According to coefficient of variance (CV) analysis was found that CV of second respond was significantly larger than CV first by 57 % (n 26) during depression and significanty smaller by 27 % (n = 17) during facilitation.
