Introduction: Cancer patients in rural areas experience greater barriers to treatment access compared with patients in urban areas. There is limited research on how the COVID-19 pandemic affected cancer treatment delivery for rural patients who were also diagnosed with COVID-19. This study has two objectives: to assess (1) the urban-rural differences in cancer care and (2) the predictors of cancer treatment delay or discontinuation (TDD) among patients diagnosed with COVID-19.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship of the maximum bite force (MBF) to the 3-dimensional (3D) arrangement of the first mandibular molars in Angle's class I healthy adults using a digital protocol.
Material And Methods: Subjects were 33 adults (16 males and 17 females) aged 18-25, with Angle's class I occlusions and healthy dentitions.
Purpose Of Review: Review advancements in therapies for transthyretin (ATTR-CM) and immunoglobulin light chain (AL-CM) cardiac amyloidosis.
Recent Findings: In ATTR-CM, tafamidis remains the cornerstone therapy, with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval for over 5 years. Acoramidis, another transthyretin stabilizer, has very recently been FDA-approved following positive results in the ATTRibute-CM trial.
Objectives: With the increase in illicit fentanyl use in the USA, hospitals face challenges managing opioid withdrawal and opioid use disorder (OUD). To improve opioid withdrawal and OUD treatment among hospitalized patients with daily fentanyl use, we developed a rapid methadone titration (RMT) protocol. We describe development, implementation, and outcomes during the first 12 weeks.
