Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) treatment typically involves a tailored combination of four antibiotics based on the drug resistance profile of the infecting strain. The increasing drug resistance of () requires the development of novel antibiotics to ensure effective treatment regimens. Gallium (Ga) is being explored as a repurposed drug against TB due to its ability to inhibit growth and disrupt iron metabolism.

This study aimed to assess the nature of the biosynthesis of A and B antigenic glycotopes, depending on the pH of the medium during the cultivation of erythrocytes, and the antigenic (transferase) characteristics of the donor serum of the other group. Monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) were obtained from IGBRL under Program IV of the International Workshop on Monoclonal Antibodies and Red Blood Cell Antigens.

Comparing experience- and description-based economic preferences across 11 countries.

Recent evidence indicates that reward value encoding in humans is highly context dependent, leading to suboptimal decisions in some cases, but whether this computational constraint on valuation is a shared feature of human cognition remains unknown. Here we studied the behaviour of n = 561 individuals from 11 countries of markedly different socioeconomic and cultural makeup. Our findings show that context sensitivity was present in all 11 countries.

Normative study of 500 general-knowledge of true-false questions for Russian young adults.

The main aim of this study was to validate 500 true-false general-knowledge questions in Russian. These norms are valuable to researchers in many fields, as is shown by the impact and relevance of similar norms available in other languages. Although the Russian language is widely spoken, there are no norms available in this language for this type of questions.
