The article is devoted to the substantiation of strategy changes in acute cholecystitis and the bilirubinemia of obscure etiology. At the first stage the treatment was started from RCG in 120 patients and RCG with EPG in 232 patients. The results obtained were not very good, there being many organizational problems.

Algorithms of diagnosis and treatment were elaborated. Operative treatment on soft tissues for IFVDF was indicated in the cases of inefficacy or insufficient efficacy of conservative therapy in the age after 1 year old, when a child starts to walk by himself.

The conventional method of functional treatment was applied using dissected in articulation ulnaris plaster bandage, the Blaunt bandage and the elaborated method using the external fixation apparatuses--hinge-rotational apparatus (HRA). The highest efficacy of functional treatment using HRA was noted.

The clinical material includes 117 children with fractures of the proximal part of the radius. A functional method of treatment was used in 44 children with a hinge-rotary device developed by the authors. A complete restitution of movements in the elbow joint was registered in 84% of the children in contrast to 68% of the children treated by traditional methods.
