A MODERN VIEW ON THE TREATMENT OF CLASS IV RECESSION ACCORDING TO MILLER.

Introduction: Interproximal attachment has received much attention in modern periodontology because it is a key diagnostic and prognostic factor. Currently, we can find many articles with results of bare root coverage, but few data and studies that describe root closure and obtaining interproximal attachment at the same time.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to introduce a double-layer tunnel surgical technique for gingival papilla reconstruction and regeneration of the supraalveolar interproximal attachment.

Laboratory Rational of Changes in the Crystal Lattice of Nickel-Titanium Endodontic Rotary Files in Autoclaving.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of the crystal lattice of NiTi instruments after repeated autoclave sterilization cycles based on the results to conclude about the influence of multiple sterilization on the characteristics of ProTaper clinical use.

Methods: 21 samples of ProTaper Universal rotary files were divided into 3 groups of 7 samples. After 1, 4, and 7 cycles of sterilization, the samples were observed using еnergy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

[PREPARATIONS OF PAMIDRONOVIC ACID IN COMPLEX TREATMENT ON OSTEOGENESIS IMPERFECTA].

Modern view of drug therapy in the complex treatment of orthopedic manifestations of osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) was submitted. Developed and tested system of drug correction of structural and functional state of bone tissue (BT) using drugs pamidronovic acid, depending on osteoporosis severity and type of disease. Such therapy is appropriate to apply both independently and in conjunction with surgery to correct deformations of long bones of the lower extremities.

[Clinical and experimental aspects of influence of ultrasound on tissue regeneration].

The article summarizes literature and own obtained data on influence of low intensity ultrasound on tissue regeneration. Improvement of tissue regeneration is directly caused by influence of ultrasound on albumin, chondrocytes, intensity of DNA synthesis, immune system function. An important aspect of ultrasound action is its antioxidant effect.
