[Performance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholelithiasis. Analysis of immediate results].

The results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LCHE) performance in 142 patients in 2004 - 2008 yrs were analyzed. The operation duration had constituted 25-95 min, 25 min at average, depending on severity of the gallbladder and surrounding tissues morphological changes. Uncomplicated postoperative course was noted in 135 patients.
