- * The size and shape of tantalum granules vary significantly between two commonly used NAGLEMs, ONYX and SQUID, influencing their effectiveness; ONYX granules are larger and irregular, while SQUID granules are smaller and spherical.
- * In clinical comparisons, SQUID 18 displayed superior penetration in dural vessels during embolization in older patients, suggesting that both the viscosity of NAGLEMs and the physical characteristics of tantalum granules are crucial for their performance.

The data of elderly capability to function are investigated for seven Russian European areas (Moscow, Zhukovsky, Dubna, five villages of Moscow region, Kursk, Novgorod, Samara). The quality of social and medical service was evaluated among the elderly community with due regard for common needs.
