Background: Potentially inappropriate prescribing (PIP) contributes significantly to treatment burden, specifically in older people. Detecting PIP and improving prescribing practices are therefore crucial for ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes.
Aim: This study aimed to assess physicians' and pharmacists' awareness and use of tools to identify PIP, as well as their confidence in recommending medication for older people.

It explores the physiological mechanisms behind physical activity's beneficial effects and its impact on various conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, obesity, and mental health disorders. Drawing from current literature and research findings, this review highlights how regular exercise significantly reduces mortality rates, improves disease outcomes, and enhances the overall quality of life for those with chronic illnesses.

Methods: A cross-sectional survey study was conducted over a three-month period (October to December 2022) on 54 physicians. Physicians were requested to respond to a 12-item researcher-designed, self-administered survey questionnaire that explored their perspectives regarding the importance of their patients' general, physical, and mental health aspects using the 12-item Short Form Health Survey Version 2 (SF-12v2).
