Background: Pseudotumor cerebri (PTC) syndrome is a disorder of increased intracranial pressure, most commonly affecting overweight women of childbearing age. Malignant PTC (MPTC) is a rare presentation that involves rapidly worsening vision, often necessitating surgical intervention to prevent permanent vision loss. The goal of this study was to determine whether radiographic findings of PTC are predictive of MPTC and the final visual outcome.

Although , the causal agent of red rot in Florida, was first reported in 1984 based on morphology, molecular and pathological data have remained limited, highlighting the critical need for comprehensive characterization. To address this, we provide a benchmark of the performance of semiempirical self-consistent-charge density functional tight-binding (SCC-DFTB) methods against density functional theory (DFT) for monolayer, serrated, AA-stacked and/or AB-stacked ZnCO, CdCO, Zn-NH-MOF, and Ni(HITP) MOFs.
