Purpose: To report our initial experience with a new rotary debulking device designed for treating long, diffusely diseased arterial segments.

The presenting symptoms of renal arteriovenous malformations are usually gross hematuria and hypertension. Herein we present an unusual case of huge renal arteriovenous malformation without these signs, but with ultrasound picture mimicking simple parapelvic cyst. Other imaging test, including Duplex ultrasound, computerized tomography and aortography, demonstrated that vascular lesion.

We report the case of a 6-month-old boy with Chilaiditi's syndrome presenting with tender hepatomegaly and abdominal pain. On sonography the interposed bowel loops mimicked a posterior hepatic or retroperitoneal mass. Although the majority of these cases may be radiological curiosities, patients can present with a variety of abdominal signs and symptoms.
